We are having issues keeping the connection with STP; we will fix it as soon as possible.

We are currently experiencing delays on pay-ins and payouts due to issues reported by STP on the SPEI rail. At the moment, the rail is not processing high volumes of transfers until their system is reset. We are monitoring the situation closely and will share updates as they become available.

STP experienced technical difficulties interacting with Banxico, resulting in degraded performance. Consequently, multiple transactions were delayed in entering the SPEI network for several hours.
